Reality Capture brings scanning, as-built documentation, and existing conditions verification together into a single service, so what we measure in the field turns directly into drawings and models your team can build from.
LiDAR & 3D Laser Scanning
We scan with Leica RTC360 and FARO Focus terrestrial scanners, and use NavVis VLX3 mobile mapping for large or complex floor plates. The result is a registered point cloud that records the site as it actually stands, not as it was originally drawn.
Scanning is non-disruptive and can be scheduled around occupied buildings and active job sites.
As-Built Documentation
From the point cloud we produce accurate as-built drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD. These become the reliable base for renovation design, retrofit coordination, and facility records.
Floor flatness reports and 360 degree site photography can be delivered alongside the drawing set.
Existing Conditions Verification
Where record drawings already exist, we compare them against the scanned reality and report where the two diverge. Wall locations, slab elevations, ceiling heights, and routed services are checked against what was documented.
The output is a clear, prioritized list of discrepancies your team can act on before design decisions are locked in.
