Overview
We deliver high-accuracy BIM models for structural systems, framing assemblies, and mass timber components, supporting design teams, engineers, and fabricators with clean, coordinated outputs that are field-ready.
Our modeling team doesn’t act as the designer of record – we translate design intent into detailed 3D models that streamline coordination, reduce RFIs, and support workflows like clash detection, prefabrication, and quantity takeoffs.
Structural Modeling
Concrete and steel elements modeled from the engineer’s documents and coordinated against the rest of the building.
- Columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls
- Connection and embed locations carried through from the design set
- Coordination with architectural and MEPFP models
Framing
Light-gauge and wood framing modeled member by member, at the level of detail a panel shop or field crew can work from.
- Studs, joists, headers, and blocking
- Wall and floor assemblies laid out for panelization
- Openings and penetrations coordinated with MEPFP routing
Mass Timber
Mass timber systems modeled for coordination and fabrication, where tolerances are tight and rework in the field is expensive.
- CLT, glulam, and LVL components
- Panel layouts and member sizing per the design documents
- Penetrations and service routing resolved before fabrication
Deliverables
- LOD 300 to 400 deliverables for documentation and fabrication
- Export-ready data for shop drawings and construction planning
- Models coordinated with architectural and MEPFP disciplines
- Clean geometry suited to clash detection and quantity takeoffs
