Not every project fits a standard service package. No matter the sector, we tailor our approach to your needs, supporting GCs, architects, engineers, and developers with solutions that solve problems, not create them.
This page covers the scopes that sit outside our published services: combined packages, higher detail modeling, and one off requirements that come with an unusual building, an unusual schedule, or an unusual delivery method.
Custom Coordination Packages
Projects rarely need one service in isolation. Scanning, modeling, and coordination are often combined into a single scope shaped around how the project is actually being delivered rather than around our service list. We scope the package around the team already in place, whether that is a general contractor running coordination, an architect who needs verified existing conditions, or an engineer who needs a model to work against.
Advanced Modeling
Some scopes call for more detail than a standard coordination model carries. We produce LOD 350+ modeling where the project requires it, including on industrial and manufacturing sites where fabrication and installation depend on that level of accuracy.
The boundary stays the same at any level of detail. Our modeling team doesn’t act as the designer of record – we translate design intent into detailed 3D models that streamline coordination, reduce RFIs, and support workflows like clash detection, prefabrication, and quantity takeoffs.
Unique Project Requirements
Aviation and transportation, energy and infrastructure, industrial facilities, multifamily buildings, and retail and commercial interiors each bring constraints a standard scope does not anticipate. Restricted access. Live operations that cannot be interrupted. A compressed schedule. Existing conditions that no drawing set records accurately.
Tell us what the constraint is and we will scope the work around it.
Talk to a Specialist
If your project does not map cleanly to one of our published services, talk to a specialist. We will review what you need and tell you plainly whether it is work we can take on.
