Our team was engaged in the development and coordination of the MEP systems for a newly constructed high school facility. Specifically, we were responsible for modeling the HVAC systems and mechanical piping for building zones 500 and 600.

What We Did:
Beyond our modeling scope, we also led the overall MEP coordination process for the entire building. This included managing and aligning all trades — electrical systems, lighting, fire suppression, plumbing, and mechanical — into a single, fully integrated BIM environment.

We organized and facilitated weekly coordination meetings, ensuring that all disciplines were aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Clash detection was performed using both Navisworks and the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), allowing for real-time issue tracking and resolution.
Final deliverables included:
- A fully coordinated Revit model
- Clash-checked Navisworks files (NWC/NWD)
- Detailed AutoCAD DWG plans
- Construction-ready PDF documentation
The client was fully satisfied with both the quality of the deliverables and the coordination process, resulting in a seamless handoff to the construction team.
Scope Highlights:
- HVAC & mechanical piping modeling for Zones 500 & 600
- Full multi-disciplinary MEP coordination
- Weekly clash detection and issue resolution in Navisworks & ACC
- Lead role in managing coordination meetings and BIM workflows
- High-quality, construction-ready deliverables
