Our team was responsible for modeling the underground electrical conduit system for a large-scale facility. The work involved detailed planning of conduit routes to support electrical distribution, while ensuring full coordination with all other underground utilities.

What We Did:
We actively participated in weekly coordination meetings, where we collaborated with other trades to ensure a fully integrated BIM model. Special attention was given to clash detection and resolution — we successfully delivered a model completely free of conflicts with other underground systems (mechanical, plumbing, structural, etc.).

Final deliverables included:
All conduit layouts were modeled in Revit, with Navisworks used for clash coordination and AutoCAD for 2D documentation. The final project deliverables included:
- A fully detailed Revit model
- Coordinated Navisworks files (NWC/NWD)
- 2D AutoCAD plans
- Final PDF drawing set
This entire scope was completed in less than three weeks, showcasing our team’s efficiency, precision, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Scope Highlights:
- Underground conduit routing and modeling
- Full BIM coordination with other disciplines
- Clash-free model through Navisworks management
- Fast turnaround with high technical accuracy
